Norway Steel Group was given the contract of supplyiing both the approach spand and the main suspension deck, a total of 680 tons. The structure was fabricated at one of our pre-qualified workshops in Tianjin, China. The Tuti-Khartoum Bridge is considered to be the first suspension bridge to be constructed in Sudan and one of the first constructed in Africa, linking Tuti Island and the city of Khartoum.
